Maintenance and Infrastructure Manager

Key Responsibilities

Winter Operations

• Perform general maintenance, inspections, and repairs on ski lifts, including mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical components.
• Carry out preventive maintenance and repairs on the snowmaking system, including pumps, snowmaking hydrants, hoses, compressors, and snow guns.
• Maintain and repair snowmobiles, ATVs, and side-by-side vehicles used in mountain operations.
• Manage parts ordering, inventory tracking, and coordination with suppliers.
• Perform various maintenance and repair work on buildings and infrastructure, including basic carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.
• Operate and maintain chainsaws and brush cutters for trail maintenance, vegetation clearing, and emergency interventions.
• Support the mountain’s daily operations and respond quickly to breakdowns or technical issues to minimize service interruptions.

Summer Operations

• Maintain grounds and outdoor areas, including mowing, landscaping, and general property maintenance.
• Actively participate in the maintenance of mountain biking trails, including grading, drainage, signage installation, and vegetation control.
• Continue preventive maintenance of ski lifts, vehicles, equipment, and buildings throughout the summer season.
• Participate in various improvement and development projects, including infrastructure work, trail development, and facility improvements.

An Essential Role in Our Year-Round Operations

This person will play a central role in ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of our facilities and equipment. Working closely with management and the operations team, they will help ensure the smooth operation of the mountain throughout the year.
